From now on you can enter for the VDH-European Winner & Spring Winner Show. A weekend of two International Shows where you can achieve International (CACIB) and National (CAC) titles with your dog. Please understand that we cannot publish the valid hygiene concept at this time. The exact regulations for the event in May 2022 have not yet been determined. Should the event not be feasible and have to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your entry fees.

Animal Protection Dog Ordinance

The Animal Welfare Dog Ordinance (Tierschutzhundeverordnung) provides for a ban on showing dogs that exhibit torture breeding characteristics. We are in discussion with the BMEL and the responsible authorities on how to implement this requirement for our shows. This could be, for example, veterinary certificates. As soon as we have the relevant regulations, we will publish them immediately. Should your dog be affected by the requirements, you can cancel the entry free of charge.

Exclusion of exhibitors from Russia and Belarus

By decision of the VDH Executive Board, exhibitors and sportsmen from Russia and Belarus are excluded from VDH shows, tests and sporting events until further notice. No dog belonging to a (co-)owner resident in Russia or Belarus shall be admitted to VDH shows, tests and sporting events.

Vaccination Document/Pet Pass

The dogs being brought to an event (show) must have a proof that they have been vaccinated against rabies at least three weeks before the start of the show (bring vaccination documents/EU pet pass). The rabies vaccination is valid for 12 months from the day of the vaccination. If a longer period is to be made valid, then this extended period must be noted officially in the vaccination documents or in the pet pass in the field marked „valid until“. If a dog receives a re-vaccination against rabies within the validity period, then the so-called 3 week deadline no longer applies. For primary vaccinations, the dog must have been at least three months old at the time of the vaccination and the vaccination must have taken place at least 21 days before the event.

Areas for the exhibitors

Specific areas (shaded in the hall plan) solely designated for exhibitors can be found in each hall. In this way we ensure that the evacuation routes in the halls remain clear and unobstructed by equipment (pet carriers, grooming tables, chairs, etc.). In these areas the exhibitors have the opportunity to prepare their dogs in peace and wait for the competitions. We request that you make use of these designated areas near your ring. Our staff is available to answer any questions and will show you your respective spaces. Because of security reasons it is forbidden to use crate fences.No dog boxes are provided.

The BOB-Winners of the VDH-Europasieger & Frühjahrssieger Show receive a free picture at the Kynoweb-studios at the pre-judging-ring in hall 4. You will get a voucher in the ring.
