German Winner & International Show Leipzig

Online catalogue

According to the FCI show rules the free online catalogue will be available from December 12, 2020 at 5.00 am for the International Show and from December 13, 2020 at 5.00 am for the German Winner Show on. You can use the free WLAN net in the hall for the download or the view or to print the needed pages at home. There will be no printed catalogues available at the show.

Vaccination Document/Pet Pass

The dogs being brought to an event (show) must have a proof that they have been vaccinated against rabies at least three weeks before the start of the show (bring vaccination documents/EU pet pass). The rabies vaccination is valid for 12 months from the day of the vaccination. If a longer period is to be made valid, then this extended period must be noted officially in the vaccination documents or in the pet pass in the field marked „valid until“. If a dog receives a re-vaccination against rabies within the validity period, then the so-called 3 week deadline no longer applies. For primary vaccinations, the dog must have been at least three months old at the time of the vaccination and the vaccination must have taken place at least 21 days before the event.

Areas for the exhibitors beside the rings

Specific areas solely designated for exhibitors can be found in each hall close to the ring. In this way we ensure that the evacuation routes in the halls remain clear and unobstructed by equipment (pet carriers, grooming tables, chairs, etc.). In these areas the exhibitors have the opportunity to prepare their dogs in peace and wait for the competitions. We request that you make use of these designated areas near your ring. Our staff is available to answer any questions and will show you your respective spaces. Because of security reasons it is forbidden to use crate fences. No dog boxes are provided.

Driving Directions

Vehicle access to the parking areas for exhibitors is via the P2 entrance (address for your navigator system: Handelsring, 04356 Leipzig). The parking fee is 7,00 EUR. Please keep the fee ready for a quick entry. Due to extensive refurbishment of the B2 (Maximilianallee) road, please consider traffic restrictions on your way to the Leipzig Exhibition Center during the period of the Hund & Katz 2019 trade fair. Caravan parking

Next to the hall with the judging rings there is a large number of parking spaces for caravans. A reservation is not necessary. The fee of EUR 30,00 (gross) per day incl. electricity has to be paid at the entrance gate “Nord 1”.

The overnight fee includes the electricity connection and the guest tax of 1.00 € per person and per night charged by the City of Leipzig since 01.01.2019.  Please have the necessary cash ready, as only cash payment is possible. Since this year every guest is obliged to fill in a "registration form according to § 6 Abs. 3 Gästetaxesatzung (GTS) der Stadt Leipzig". In order to keep waiting times at the entrance as short as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in the registration form and keep it ready at the entrance.
