The right class for my dog

Age category deadlines: The dog must have reached the required age by the day of judging.

Puppy Class: 6–9 months
Open Class: from 15 months
Junior Class: 9–18 months
Intermediate Class: from 15–24 months

Working Class: from 15 months

Entry is only possible if the required performance/training certificates (in accordance with regulations of the relevant Kennel Club) have been awarded prior to 13th July 2016. A copy of the confirmation (official confirmation of the Kennel Club on the FCI form) must be enclosed with the entry form. If the certificate is missing, the dog will be entered in the “Open class“.

Champion Class: from 15 months

Entry is only possible if the required title (e.g. International Champion, National Champion, German Winner VDH) has been awarded prior to 13th July 2016. A copy of the confirmation must be enclosed with the entry form. If the certificate is missing, the dog will be entered in the “Open Class“.

Veteran Class: 8 years and older

Entry is only possible if the dog has reached the age of eight years on the day before judging. The dogs are not classified but placed. The “Best Veteran“ is chosen from the 1st placed male and 1st placed bitch; it will participate in the “Best of Breed (BOB)“ competition.
