Guests who arrive by car are invited to take advantage of 200 underground parking spaces available at NH Leipzig Messe.

The conference facilities at the NH Leipzig Messe hotel create an inspiring, comfortable, and fully equipped environment for productive meetings and can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests. Please notice the following:
At the exhibitor access road Nord 1, an overnight fee of 30,00 € (gross/per vehicle) has to be paid before entering the camp. The overnight fee includes the electricity connection and the guest tax of 1.00 € per person and per night charged by the City of Leipzig since 01.01.2019.
Please have the necessary cash ready, as only cash payment is possible.
Since this year every guest is obliged to fill in a "registration form according to § 6 Abs. 3 Gästetaxesatzung (GTS) der Stadt Leipzig".
In order to keep waiting times at the entrance as short as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in the registration form and keep it ready at the entrance.

In addition, the confirmation of acceptance and the vaccination card must be presented at the entrance.

The caravan park is available from 11.12. to 14.12.2020.

11.12.2020: 08:00 - 22:00 o'clock
12.12.2020: 08:00 - 20:00 o'clock
One overnight stay is valid from 12:00 hrs until 12:00 hrs the following day.
On Sunday, late departure (after 12:00 noon) will be charged a daily fee of € 6.00 (gross/per vehicle).
There are water supply points and sanitary facilities (use of toilets and washbasins) available.
